Contact Sheet View

The Contact Sheet View is useful if there is an image associated with records.

To view a group of records in Contact Sheet View, either:

1. Click in the Tool bar

   -OR-

   Select View>Contact Sheet from the Menu bar.

   Thumbnail images of the current group of records display in a scrollable list:

   

To view all details for a record, you could do one of the following:

1. Select the record.
2. Click in the Tool bar

   -OR-

   Select View>Details from the Menu bar

   -OR-

   Double-click the bottom section of a thumbnail (the centred number) not the image itself. If you double-click the image itself, the multimedia will display in your computer's default image viewer if it is an image; or play if it is video or audio.

   Note: When the cursor is placed over a thumbnail, the Summary Data of the record displays in the Status bar.

   Note: It is possible to customise the text that displays beneath the thumbnail using Registry entries.
